This policy explains what INTRO SMS collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the platform at sms.3300.md and to the account you create there.
The data controller is INTRO Solutions LLC, registered in the State of Delaware, USA, registration number 6679336, registered address 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA. For any question about your data, write to intro (at) 3300.md.
Account data. The name and email address you register with, a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself), your interface language and your account settings.
Devices you connect. The model, name and connection state of the Android devices you link, so the panel can show them and route messages to them.
Messages and contacts. The phone numbers you send to, the content of the messages you send and receive through the platform, delivery status and timestamps, and any contacts or groups you save. This data belongs to you; we store it so the panel can show your history and so automations can work.
Technical logs. IP address, browser user agent, and the time of requests, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Messages are not sent by us. They are sent by your own device over your own SIM card, or, for WhatsApp, through the number you linked. Your mobile operator and, where applicable, WhatsApp necessarily process the message in order to deliver it, exactly as they would if you typed it on the phone yourself. Their own privacy terms apply to that part of the journey.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not read your message content except when you specifically ask us to investigate a technical problem.
This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no social-network login and no external chat widget. Nothing on the public pages calls out to another company's servers.
The platform sets a session cookie so that you stay logged in, and remembers the interface language you chose. That is all. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind, which is why the site shows no cookie consent banner. Blocking the session cookie makes it impossible to log in.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Message history is kept until you delete it or close your account. Temporary working data, such as files left over from processing, is cleared automatically after a few days. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten.
When you close your account we delete your account data, your saved contacts and your message history. Where a backup copy still holds that data, it disappears as that backup is rotated out.
Only the people operating INTRO SMS, and only where necessary to run and support the service. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be disclosed if we are legally required to do so.
The platform runs on a server rented from a third-party hosting provider in Europe. INTRO Solutions LLC is registered in the United States, and the people operating the service work from the Republic of Moldova, so your data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, using this service therefore involves your data being accessed outside your own jurisdiction. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the service.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Most of it is directly available and editable inside the panel. For anything else, write to intro (at) 3300.md and we will respond within 30 days.
Access to the panel is over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes, and the WhatsApp component is reachable only from the server itself, never from the public internet. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.
The service is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
The current version of this policy is always the one published on this page. If we make a material change we will tell registered accounts by email.
