These terms govern the use of INTRO SMS, a messaging platform operated by INTRO Solutions LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
INTRO SMS is operated by INTRO Solutions LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, registration number 6679336, registered 16 March 2022, with a registered address at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA. Contact: intro (at) 3300.md.
INTRO SMS is a control panel. It does not carry your messages itself. You connect your own Android devices, holding your own SIM cards, and the platform queues, schedules and routes messages through them. Delivery therefore depends on your device, your SIM card and your mobile operator, not on us.
You may also link a WhatsApp number to the platform. See section 6 for the specific conditions that apply to WhatsApp.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at intro (at) 3300.md if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
One person or organisation may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are solely responsible for the content of every message sent through your account and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. In particular you confirm that:
Sending through your own SIM card does not exempt you from anti-spam law. If your operator restricts or disconnects your SIM because of what you sent, that is a matter between you and your operator.
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, fraud, malware links, threats, harassment, or content that is illegal where you or the recipient are located. You may not resell access to the platform, attempt to bypass its limits, probe or attack its infrastructure, or use it to impersonate another person or business.
WhatsApp support is provided through an unofficial client that links your number the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not the WhatsApp Business API, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.
This has practical consequences you accept when you link a number:
WhatsApp support is best suited to conversations, replies and notifications. Do not use it for mass marketing.
The service is currently offered free of charge. We give no availability guarantee, no service level agreement and no promise of message delivery times. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control.
If paid plans are introduced, existing accounts will be told before any charge applies.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that endangers the platform or other users, or that is used for unlawful messaging. Where circumstances allow we will say why. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
To the extent permitted by law, INTRO Solutions LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost or undelivered messages, blocked SIM cards, banned WhatsApp numbers, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced to registered accounts by email.
